Pricing Policy

Transparent Pricing, Billing, and Subscription Information

This Pricing Policy ("Policy") sets out the pricing framework, billing practices, applicable taxes, and related terms governing the purchase of Subscriptions and services on the NEET Test Prep Platform ("Platform"), operated by the Company ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation and Refund Policy.

1. Subscription Plans

1.1 Plan Overview

The NEET Test Prep Platform offers the following Subscription tiers (indicative; current pricing is published on the Platform's Pricing page):

Exact current pricing for each plan is displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change in accordance with Section 5 of this Policy. The above table is indicative; always refer to the live Pricing page for the most current rates.

1.2 Add-On Packs

In addition to Subscription plans, the Platform may offer stand-alone add-on packs including:

  • Individual Full-Length Mock Test Series (NEET UG / NEET PG).
  • Subject-specific or chapter-specific Q-bank packs.
  • Crash Course or Revision Intensive modules.
  • Additional 1-on-1 mentoring or doubt-solving sessions.

Add-on packs are priced individually and are non-transferable, non-shareable, and non-refundable once accessed.

1.3 Non-Transferability

Subscription plans and pricing benefits are strictly non-transferable and cannot be assigned, resold, or shared.

2. GST and Taxes

2.1 GST Applicability

All prices displayed on the Platform are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated as "inclusive of GST." GST at the applicable rate (currently 18% for online educational and digital services, subject to change per government notification) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

2.2 GST Invoice

A valid GST invoice will be electronically issued to your registered email address upon successful payment. The invoice will include:

  • Our GSTIN: [To be inserted upon GST registration]
  • Applicable GST breakdown (CGST + SGST or IGST based on state of supply).
  • Transaction ID, plan name, and billing period.

2.3 Your Tax Obligations

You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable in your jurisdiction beyond Indian GST. Non-Indian users are responsible for compliance with their local tax obligations.

3. Payment Methods

The Platform accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex).
  • Net Banking (major Indian banks).
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.).
  • Digital Wallets (subject to availability).
  • EMI options (subject to bank eligibility and minimum cart value).

All payments are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, PayU, or equivalent). We do not store, log, or have access to your full card/bank account details at any point.

4. Billing Cycles and Auto-Renewal

4.1 Billing Cycle

Your Subscription billing period starts from the date of successful payment. For monthly plans, billing recurs every 30 days; for quarterly plans, every 90 days; and for annual plans, every 365 days.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

If you opt into auto-renewal (which may be the default for certain plans), your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current renewal price. You will receive a reminder notification at least 7 days before renewal. To disable auto-renewal, navigate to Settings > Subscription > Manage Auto-Renewal, or contact our support team.

4.3 Failed Payments

If your payment fails at renewal, we will make up to two (2) retry attempts over a period of 5 days. During this grace period, you may retain limited access to the Platform. If payment remains unsuccessful after all retry attempts, your Subscription will be downgraded to the Free Tier and access to premium features will be suspended.

5. Price Changes

5.1 Right to Change Prices

The Company reserves the right to modify pricing for any Subscription plan, add-on, or service at any time. Price changes will be communicated via:

  • Email to your registered address.
  • Prominent notice on the Platform Pricing page.
  • In-app notification, where applicable.

Such notice will be provided at least 15 days before the new price takes effect for existing auto-renewing Subscriptions.

5.2 Impact on Existing Subscriptions

For active Subscriptions, price changes will apply from the next renewal date after the effective date of the change. Your current billing cycle will be completed at the originally agreed price. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel your Subscription before the next renewal date.

5.3 Dynamic Pricing

Prices may vary based on demand, promotional campaigns, user segment, or geographic location at the Company's discretion.

5.4 Pricing Errors Protection

In the event of a pricing error (technical or typographical), the Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order and issue a refund, even after payment confirmation.

6. Promotional Offers, Discounts, and Referral Programmes

6.1 Promotional Pricing

We periodically offer promotional pricing, seasonal discounts, or launch offers. These are time-limited and subject to specific terms, which will be communicated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotional prices are not retroactively applicable to existing subscriptions.
  • Promotional plans may not be combinable with other offers or coupon codes.
  • Promotional plans are subject to standard refund and cancellation terms.

6.2 Coupon Codes and Vouchers

Coupon codes and vouchers issued by us are subject to expiry dates, usage limits, and eligibility criteria stated at the time of issue. Expired, stolen, or unauthorised coupon codes will not be honoured. We reserve the right to void coupon codes if we suspect misuse.

6.3 Referral Programme

If we operate a referral programme, its terms, reward structure, and eligibility will be detailed separately on the Platform. Referral rewards are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.

7. Pricing for Institutional / Group Subscriptions

For schools, coaching centres, or group enrolment (5 or more students), custom pricing and institutional licensing arrangements are available. Please contact our support team for details. Institutional pricing is governed by a separate Institutional Licensing Agreement.

7.2 Non-Transferability

Subscription plans and pricing benefits are strictly non-transferable and cannot be assigned, resold, or shared.

8. Pricing for NRI / International Users

International pricing may differ from Indian pricing and is displayed in INR on the Platform. Currency conversion, international transaction fees, and applicable local taxes in your jurisdiction are your responsibility. We recommend checking with your card issuer or bank regarding foreign transaction charges.

9. Transparency Commitment

In line with our commitment to transparent pricing:

  • All pricing is clearly displayed before purchase with no hidden charges.
  • GST is itemised separately at checkout.
  • Renewal pricing, where different from introductory pricing, is communicated clearly.
  • We do not engage in drip pricing, subscription traps, or deceptive pricing practices.

10. Policy Updates

This Pricing Policy may be revised from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated 15 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
